Anti-Spam Policy

1. Our commitment

TechBrief.ai (“TechBrief”, “we”, “us”) is a specialist technology recruitment business operating in the United Kingdom.

We prohibit the advertising or promotion of the techbrief.ai website through unsolicited bulk electronic messages of any kind. This prohibition applies to us, to our employees and contractors, and to any third party acting on our behalf.

2. No unsolicited bulk email advertising this website

We do not send unsolicited bulk or commercial email that advertises, links to, or promotes techbrief.ai. We do not purchase, rent, harvest, or otherwise acquire email lists for this purpose, and we do not engage any third party to do so on our behalf.

3. techbrief.ai is not an email-sending domain

The techbrief.ai domain is not used as a bulk sending domain, tracking domain, click-redirect domain, or unsubscribe domain in any email marketing programme. It is used for our website and for direct, individually addressed business correspondence only.

4. No affiliate or third-party promotion

We operate no affiliate, referral, reseller, or partner programme. No third party stands to gain from promoting techbrief.ai, and no third party is authorised to advertise this website by any means.

Any use of the techbrief.ai name or domain in unsolicited messages is unauthorised, carried out without our knowledge, and constitutes a breach of this policy.

5. Recruitment outreach

As a recruitment business, we do contact individual candidates and prospective client companies directly. To be clear about what this involves and how it differs from the bulk advertising prohibited above:

• Outreach is individually addressed and role-specific — sent in connection with a particular open position or a specific, identified business need. We do not send undifferentiated bulk mailings.
• Candidate outreach relies on publicly available professional profile information, as described in our Privacy Policy, and is conducted under the legitimate interests basis of the UK GDPR.
• Every message includes a clear way to opt out. Opt-out requests are honoured immediately and permanently, without requiring a reason.
• We do not continue contacting anyone who has asked us to stop, and we do not transfer their details to any other list or campaign.

6. Mailing lists

Any subscription list operated by TechBrief uses confirmed (closed-loop) opt-in: no address is added without an explicit request from the address holder, and every message carries a working unsubscribe mechanism.

7. Reporting a violation

If you have received an unsolicited message advertising techbrief.ai, we want to know. Please forward it, including full message headers, to valentin@techbrief.ai.

We investigate every report. Where a contractor, supplier, or service provider is found to be in breach of this policy, we terminate the relationship. Where the sender is unconnected to us, we will say so and assist with attribution wherever we are able.

8. Blocklist operators

We welcome contact from blocklist and reputation service operators. If techbrief.ai has been listed by your service, please contact valentin@techbrief.ai with the evidence that triggered the listing. We will investigate promptly and act on what we find.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services evolve. The “Last updated” date at the top will always reflect the current version.
